Habit 6 : Synergize.

The main idea of this habit, is to say that the whole is greater than the parts, but the parts are also important.

Let’s take our body, the whole body is the most important, but can we live as easily with a smaller part (eye, finger, organ, foot, etc.) which doesn’t function as it should or which is missing ?

The same thing goes with people in the firm. Let’s say the boss is the most important (just for the sake of the demonstration), but can he do the work all on himself ? Can he make the firm grow on his own ? No. He needs every person working in that firm, with their competences, their specialities.

It’s absolutely important to keep that in mind and to assure that everyone who is part of a project feels that they belong, that they are taken into consideration. In the family too, this can Apply. Every family member has a role to play, the family body needs every member, so working towards synergizing the strength of everyone is beneficial for the harmony and the growth of the whole family.

What do you do in order to make the parts feel as important as the whole around you ? Share it with us in the comment section, like and share around you, thank you.

Let’s take care of ourselves.

See you soon !

  2. I try to let my little ones know how important they are in my little family unit. I just started giving them small chores – cleaning up their rooms, putting away their laundry – so they can see it takes a team to run the house. The same goes with loving and helping each other in or out of the house.

  3. Delegation and delation. Give people purpose and hold them accountable. Give people purpose and the power to do their jobs, the responsibility they take, will ensure solid output on their part.
